DESCRIPTION

Tube Settler media is made up of PVC (Poly Vinyl Chloride) which is having a hexagonal shape and with an angle correction of 60 degrees. With having several tubular channels which combine to make a great settling area which enables the particle to settle at a depth that is basically less than the settling depth of the normal clarifier.

Highly used in sewage treatment plants to settle out the suspended solids depending upon the application the total suspended solids can vary from 50 to 500mg/l. Works on a high-ended sedimentation basis this tube settler media will ensure the proper settling of the suspended solids which are there in the sewage treatment plant process by giving out its maximum efficiency.
